I bought 2009 Nissan Murano LE that is fully loaded. The standard dual panel sun roof stopped working after three weeks. It took more than 2 weeks for the dealers to get the part and Nissan Customer care is of no value in providing any information on the availability of the part or when it would come. The dealer service people are not trained to install this type of sun roof and they used a third party to do the job. After several trips and rework the sun roof works but the inside cover doesn't slide smoothly. I had been to the dealer dozen times on this issue and it is not resolved. I have wasted so much time on this which shouldn't happen in a brand new car.
The Nissan Customer Care is simply customer don't care service.
